To ensure a successful event, it is important to prepare for the following arrangements. Please make note of each item when arranging your event.

Venue
	The venue for an event can make or break the event. Please choose a space with this in mind. It should be organized, clean and free from distractions.
	Our events involve active participation. The room must be large enough to accommodate movement amongst the participants.
	The front of the room should be staged with 1 to 2 ft. risers that span the front of the room when there are more than 30 participants.
	Two six-foot, skirted tables are required - one at the front of the room, underneath the projector screen, and one at the back of the room. A table or projector stand are also required for the projector and computer.
	Seating should be classroom style or "U" shape for smaller events and theatre style for larger events. Please coordinate the seating requirements with the staff at Salestrainer.com prior to your event.

Audio/Visual Requirements
	A wireless lavaliere microphone for Mr. Droubay is required for groups larger than 30.
	An amplifier and speakers must be available with line-level input. Our staff will supply CD players and a mixer, used to provide audio effects and background music that are integral parts of the experience.
	A newer model LCD projector that is capable of handling 1024 x 768 resolution and a screen for the projector are required for most events. The Salestrainer.com staff will provide the computer.
	Two power-strip surge protectors and extension cords (one for the computer and projector and the other for the sound equipment) are required.
	Two flip-charts with at least 20 "fresh" sheets of paper on each are required, along with three different colors of "fresh" markers and a roll of masking tape.

Travel & Accommodations
	Whenever possible, Mr. Droubay prefers to have all travel and lodging arrangements made by the staff at Salestrainer.com. He is, however, willing to make exceptions if our client can save money by dealing direct with airlines or by booking "blocks" of hotel rooms.
	Mr. Droubay lives in Northern California and usually travels to events from his home. Occasionally he will travel from one event directly to another event. It is important to coordinate airfare with the staff at Salestrainer.com.
	For travel within North America, coach class airfare is fine. For travel outside North America business class airfare is requested.
	Limo (town car) service is requested to and from airports and hotels. On some occasions, a mid-size rental car may be provided instead.
	Lodging in a non-smoking, single-occupancy hotel room at a reputable hotel is required. A king-size bed is preferred. Hotels of choice include Marriot, Hilton, and Hyatt properties. Mr. Droubay usually arrives between 5 pm and 9 pm the evening before an event.
	Meals and additional expenses will be billed within two weeks of the event.
