We produced for them a complete training package that is the envy of their industry. Every new business owner receives 45 video training segments detailing how to start and operate the business successfully. Business owners typically watch one per day and then carry out the tasks and assignments explained in the video. They also receive an extensive training and operations manual and a compact disk, which contain all of the resources they need to operate their business (information, forms, contracts, etc.). We also produced for them a complete employee-training program (purchasers of the opportunity use it to train their employees), which includes employee manuals with all policies and procedures and videos that teach employees how to perform their job. We also conduct an outstanding, week long, quarterly training program for their members and associates. One-on-one coaching was also set up for their new associates in order to help them implement the training.
