our History
Ultimate Performance Sales Consulting, Inc.
(D.B.A. Salestrainer.com), has been working to improve sales revenues
for its clients for over 20 years. The company was founded by Dr. Joe
Kolezynski in 1988. In the first few years, the company was focussed on
the promotion of industry-leading speakers and trainers, foremost among
them being Anthony Robbins. At the time, Ultimate Performance was
responsible for the promotion of some of the largest and most
successful events conducted by the renowned speaker and author. The
company also successfully promoted other speakers and authors and
provided it's clients with a well-rounded curriculum of sales training,
personal development and management training.
Along the way, the company acquired
franchise rights to conduct a variety of successful training courses.
Again, foremost among them were the courses created by Anthony Robbins
& Associates. For 10 years, the company was the leading
franchisee for Anthony Robbins & Associates.
In 1992, accomplished trainer, Peter
Droubay, joined the team and in 1994, upon the retirement of Joe
Kolezynski, he took over as president and CEO. For the next several
years, the company trained tens of thousands of individuals in Northern
California. During this time, the company also began taking contracts
and assignments well beyond the confines of Northern California.
Training events and class were conducted nationwide and as far away as
Russia, India, Europe and other areas around the globe.
In 1999, the company formally dissolved it's
relationship with the Anthony Robbins Companies, selling its franchise
rights in the process. The following year, the company released its
first sales and marketing training videos, audios and manuals (Mega
Sales: The Professional Sales Training Series) under its subsidiary,
Rainmaker Academy. These immediately met with tremendous acclaim.
During the same time period, the url,
www.salestrainer.com, was acquired and the company began doing business
as Salestrainer.com
In 1999, the company also began to partner
with other companies to produce custom training programs. Dozens of
custom training programs have been authored by the company and are
currently in use within companies and industries throughout the
country. Most notably, The Senior's Choice, a business opportunity in
the senior care industry, partnered with Ultimate Performance Sales
Consulting to develop the entire training program for new business
owners (franchisees) in their organization. This began a long a
valuable relationship between the two companies that continues to this
day.
In 2000, the company released another series
of training products through its subsidiary, Top Dogs Commercial Real
Estate Training.
These products are produced as a result of a partnership with Robert
McComb and obviously are meant to help the commercial real estate
brokerage industry. The products took the industry by storm. Top Dogs
Commercial Real Estate Training quickly became one of the foremost
training companies in the commercial real estate industry and enjoys a
tremendous following.
In 2003, the company began doing training
for the wholesale mortgage industry. While this endeavor met with
tremendous success for the next couple of years, the collapse of the
mortgage industry has put further development of these products on hold.
Throughout the years, the company has
continued to conduct training classes and events throughout the country
and the world. Thousands of seminars, workshops, on-site corporate
training events, convention speaking events, and other training events
have been conducted by Ultimate Performance and its representatives.
The company has also conducted thousands of hours of online training,
both "live webinars" and pre-recorded online video training. It will
continue to develop its products and brands within the many industries
it serves. It will also continue to use the latest technology to teach
people how to influence, persuade and sell more effectively.
